You reach moments in your life where a truth appears;
a truth that gives you hope to dream.
In that moment, we can do anything.
We see that nothing can hold us back except ourselves,
and we see a path different from the one that we are currently living.
We see two futures in front of us and it is our choice which one we choose.
It is fear that holds us back.
It is a shameful thing.
But still we let fear devour us until we are nothing other then what everyone else is.
We wake up one morning to a normal life.
We didn't do anything with it.
These few precious years.
But in these moments we have a choice.
We can get busy living or get busy dieing.
But we fear, for the road to life has its risks.
But it is in these little acts of courage that we fly.
It is in the little act of defiance that we truly live;
even if it is only a defiance of fear.
But in each moment, we have a choice.
In each moment we can look at ourselves and tell what action will lead us to life
and which will lead us to death.
If we love something, set it free.
If it returns to you, you can know that it was meant to be.
Don't worry about what you want.
But also never let something pass you by out of fear.
If you are afraid of doing something that you know is okay, don't stop yourself.
You can't let fear hold you down.
It is in the paradoxes of life,
the little contradictions, that we can find God.
A free spirit is not one who rebels against everything,
nor is it one who locks themselves away and embraces the pain.
A free spirit is one who can give themselves up and get more life in return.
A free spirit is not held back by the fear that freezes them just at the moment that they have always wanted to happen,
so that they don't let their dreams slip away.
If you were given one shot, would you capture it or just let it slip?
You reach moments in your life where you get a gleamse of life.
The kind that we are not living.
And In these moments everything comes together so blindingly and decideingly that naïvety falls from our eyes.
If we can captures these moments, we would never let life slip by us.
We would never be pushed down.
We must change our perspective.
As I have always known, but never understood:
It is the little coincidences in life that matter.
